Dr.Satish is the Medical Director of LINEA Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic, Mangalore and an Asst Prof in Plastic Surgery, Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore. He finished his basic Plastic Surgery training from the prestigious Grant Medical College, Mumbai. After gaining experience at a few more centers across the country, he had an useful stint at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. - working with a former Chief Editor of the British Journal of Plastic Surgery.

In addition to his publications in peer reviewed Journals, Dr. Satish has to his credit the prestigious Kilner Award by the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India in 2012 for his original work on Keystone Flaps, done at Mangalore. He was recently conferred the RN Sinha award for the best paper published in the Indian journal of Plastic Surgery for 2013.

He is a reviewer for Indian Journal of Plastic Surgery. He has special interest in Hand Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery. He is also the Co-Founder and the Managing Editor of TheMediTube.com.
