Dr. Raghnatha Reddy R is a Consultant Dermatologist and Dermato-Surgeon at Mathapitha Poly Clinic, Bangalore. He has previously worked as a Professor & HOD at the Dept. Of Dermatology, PSIMSR, KUPPAM with a total teaching experience of 15 years.

He presently holds the following professional positions:
• President of IADVL Karnataka Branch
• Vice president of the Association of Cutaneous Surgeons (I),
• Convener of Special Interest Group (SIG)– DERMATOSURGERY, IADVL National level
• Coordinator of ACSI Countrywide community dermatosurgery project

He has Published 12 articles in indexed journals and authored 8 chapters in Standard text books.

He was also the Editorial board member of ACSI Text Book of Cutaneous and Asthetic Surgery and the Assistant editor of the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic surgery during the years 2010-2012. He has also held the position of the reviewer for 4 indexed national and international journals.

He has delivered over 90 invited guest lecturers in various national and international conferences and has conducted around 25 live workshops in dermato-surgery and cosmetology, across India, as chief operating Dermatosurgeon. Apart from his participation, he was also the Organizing secretary of ACSICON -2013, Bangalore (Annual National conference of Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India).

He holds a Fellowship in Dermato-pathology (yr 2000) from CMC, Vellore and has also been the recipient of Dr RAJENDRAN and Dr SHIVAKUMAR memorial ORATION for CUTICON-2011.

He is an alumnus of Mysore University where he did his MBBS in 1992. He completed his MD (Skin & STD) from BMC, BANGALORE in 1999 and DNB (Dermatology & Venereology)in 2000.

He was also the first Qualified Dermato-surgeon from RGUHS, BANGALORE.
